Kaldi Costa Coffee Gift Card Incentive TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is open to individuals who:

a) Have successfully registered an account with Kaldi via the Kaldi mobile application ("Registered User");

b) Have not yet completed the full account verification and onboarding at the start of the start of the Promotion Period (defined below); and

c) Are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over.

1.2 A user will be considered fully onboarded once they have successfully completed Kaldi’s Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and their Kaldi account has been approved and activated for transactions.

1.3 Employees of Kaldi Technologies Ltd (“Kaldi”), its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion begins at [00:00 on 14.04.25] and ends at [23:59 on 21.04.25] (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Kaldi reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. How to Participate

3.1 To qualify for this promotion, eligible users must:

a) Complete full account verification and become fully onboarded to Kaldi during the Promotion Period; and

b) Purchase a Kaldi code of £30 or more through the Kaldi app, using funds from their Kaldi account Shopping balance.

3.2 Upon completion of both steps above, the user will be eligible to receive a £5 Costa Coffee digital gift card.

3.3 The incentive is available for up to three (3) qualifying Kaldi code purchases per user. Each code must be purchased separately, have a minimum value of £30, and be made after the user's full onboarding verification process has been completed and approved.

4. Reward Details

4.1 A maximum of three (3) £5 Costa Coffee gift cards may be awarded per user throughout the Promotion Period.

4.2 The gift card will be delivered in-app within 7 days of each qualifying purchase.

4.3 Gift cards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4.4 Kaldi is not responsible for any issues relating to the redemption or use of the Costa Coffee gift card.

5. General Terms

5.1 Any attempt to circumvent these Terms and Conditions, including by making fraudulent account submissions or purchases, will result in disqualification.

5.2 Kaldi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and withhold or reclaim rewards where fraud or misuse is suspected.

5.3 By participating, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5.4 Kaldi reserves the right to substitute the reward with another of equivalent value if circumstances make this necessary.

5.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

FOUNDERS COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Kaldi Financial Technology Limited.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to all those over 18 years of age and who are resident in the UK and have signed up for the Kaldi waiting list and completed any necessary subsequent steps which will be clearly communicated to entrants.  Kaldi Financial Technology Limited employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one entry per person, based on a Kaldi account being opened once Kaldi Financial Technology Limited has launched.  

‍

All multiple entries will automatically be excluded from participation in the draw.  

Entry to the competition is free.

The Prize

The prize being awarded is dependent on Kaldi Financial Technology Limited successfully launching its business and on entrants opening a Kaldi account.

The winning prize will be cash of either £10, £100 or £1000. There are limited prizes of each cash amount. 1000 times £10 cash prizes, 100 times £100 cash prizes and 1 times £1000 cash prize.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no non-cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require us to do so.

Kaldi Financial Technology Limited's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of these terms.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided following the launch of the app of Kaldi Financial Technology Limited. A delay from launch before the prize draw is to allow competition entrants to sign up to the full Kaldi account.

Kaldi Financial Technology Limited will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

‍

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Kaldi Financial Technology Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Kaldi Financial Technology Limited for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing social@kaldiapp.co.uk

If requested by Kaldi Financial Technology Limited, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winner's first name will be announced on Kaldi Financial Technology Limited's website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Kaldi Financial Technology Limited accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the competition or being selected for a prize.

Kaldi Financial Technology Limited reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
